Andrew is one of the few individuals in the UK who has presided over a European software operation and grown it from a few million in revenue to over $100 million. He achieved this with Platinum Technology, Inc. where he was VP for Europe until 1997. He built the UK, Scandinavian, German, Austrian, Swiss and South African sales and management teams, organized and managed relationships with distributors and partners of all kinds across Europe and established the first Consultancy Operations in Platinum, both in the UK and in Germany.

Andrew joined Bloor Research in 1999 in the position of Director, with the brief to oversee the development of the organization in its eCommerce activities. In 2001 Andrew became CEO of Clear Pace Software, a software development and distribution company exclusively licensed by QinetiQ to exploit revolutionary software technologies, adapted from advanced military applications. These technologies will form the core of a range of sophisticated products that will compete in the growing global $10billion Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing software market.
