Peter has spent the last 29 years in the Information Technology industry, the majority of this running large-scale I.T. projects for 'blue chip' organisations. Early in his career he held Senior and Principal Consultant roles with Oracle and Arthur Andersen, before joining Ingres as Director for Consulting. Peter is expert at working with the boards of major organisations to effect change and deliver complex programmes.
He has held Programme Management and Project Director roles with Bank of Ireland, Royal Mail, ABN AMRO, Commercial Union and the Benefits Agency (Norcross). Most of these implementations have involved investments in excess of £8m and have included projects covering CRM implementations, Database and Data Warehouse 'design and build' and complex eBusiness solutions.
